About

Oxford Kashmir Forum (OxKF) is a network of Kashmiri scholars, academics, and students at the University of Oxford, working on, and interested in, issues of human rights, rule of law, politics, and policy related to the region of Kashmir* in South Asia. OxKF is neither affiliated nor registered with the University of Oxford.

OxKF endeavours to organise a wide range of events on issues of human rights, rule of law, politics, and policy related to Kashmir. We also organise capacity building workshops for students, practitioners, academics etc., especially from Kashmir. See our Events page for more details.

OxKF believes in democratising access to education. As such, OxKF endeavours to develop and offer a range of online courses on issues related to Kashmir. See our Courses page for more details.
