
We are pleased to announce the second edition of our free online course on ‘International Human Rights Law and Kashmir: Prospects and Challenges’, running from 7 May – 2 July 2022.
The course will combine theory and practice to offer insights into international human rights law (IHRL) and its enforcement/ application in Kashmir.
It will see lectures by the likes of Prof Philippa Webb (King’s College London), Prof Yuval Shany (Former Chair of the UN Human Rights Committee), Priya Gopalan (Member, UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention) and Dr Fozia Lone (City University of Hong Kong), among others.
This course is primarily open to law students, but we also welcome applications from others with a demonstrated experience, understanding or interest in human rights law.
